Food for Busy Times
When you are creating your business’s graphics stand exhibition, you may become pressed for time that you forget to eat. This is not good for you as your body needs regular nourishment in order to carry out all its normal functions. If you let your hunger pass, hypoglycaemia may occur, which can be very dangerous for your wellbeing. To avoid this from happening, you need to keep some foodstuff in your bag or purse to munch on during busy moments.
One thing that you should keep handy is biscuits, especially those which are made from oats or whole-wheat flour. These are ready-to-eat and some are even available in little pieces, making them easier to consume. The fibre in whole-grains also takes a long time to be metabolised, which helps in maintaining regular blood sugar.
Another thing that you should have is fruits, which can be fresh or dry. These are made of complex carbohydrates, which, like fibre, are processed longer in your body and thus are helpful for your glucose levels. Bananas, dried apricots, and bite-sized pieces of apple can do the trick.
Of course, when you know that you are going to be immersed in your advertising job for the entire day, packing a sandwich is a great idea. Whole-wheat bread is advisable, and you can go all the way with the vegetable fillings. Go ahead and add lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles for they are very nutritious. You have to be careful of spreads like mayonnaise, however, because this is made from oil and eggs and thus are good sources of unnecessary fat.
Overall, these little snacks are unobtrusive to your activities, so you can chew on them while still going about what you are doing. Keep them handy all the time to ensure that you are always full and healthy even when engaged at work.
